Brazil has published 31 sheets (red colour); 29 in execution (blue colour). It has missed 32 sheets (15 sheets on the border of Brazil). .Tectonic Map of South America, 1: 5 M (new version). Co-ordinate by Prof. Cordani, USP, Brazil – South America Plataform (cratonic area) and Prof. Victor Ramos, UBA, Argentina - Andes. Supported by CPRM and SEGEMAR. . New edition of the Geological Map of South America in GIS, 1:5 M, approved by CGMW. Data have been adjusted by Geocover image.
