OCBSA “Day Camp Registration!”

1. OCBSA “Day Camp Registration!” Registering for day camp is now online at http://daycamps.ocbsa.org/camps.html Once at the site scroll down to where your camp is listed. Click on the Online Registration link and it will take you to the CampMaster site to begin the registration process.

2. Once at the CampMaster site you can login if you have used the site before or click on the I Need An Account button to create your account.

3. The first step of creating your account is to select if your boy is in a Scout Unit or not. Click on the button that applies to your situation.

4. If your boy is in a unit select the type of unit from the dropdown menu.

5. Once you have selected the unit type you will then be prompted for your boys unit number, district, & council information. When you have entered your boys unit information click on the Next Step button

6. You will then need to fill in information needed to create your account and personal data. All fields with a red circle with the letter “R” are required fields and must be filled in to complete the creation of you CampMaster account. When you fill in all the required fields scroll to the bottom of the pages and enter the User Verification information displayed and then click on the Submit button to complete the creation of your account.

7. When you have completed creating you CampMaster account you will be brought back to the CampMaster login page. Enter the Email / Password that you created for your account and click on the Login button.

8. Once you have logged into CampMaster you will be presented with a list of all the available camp that you can register. Scroll down the list till you find the camp you want register for, and click on the Register Online button

9. Once you have selected the your camp you will go to that camp’s registration page. Select the option for either your camper, Adult volunteer, Sibling, or Youth volunteer. There is a charge for your camper and any siblings so be prepared with either your credit card or check to pay for the registration. We will cover the process for both campers and Adult volunteers.

10. When you click on the camper reservation you will then be prompted for your camper’s information. Be sure to select the Someone Else radio button in the “This Reservation is For” section.

11. As you fill in the required information scroll down and continue fill in all the boxes that are required. Be sure to fill in the box if you want any extra shirts for your camper. One will be provided with the base registration. When you have completed all the required information click on the Next Step button to continue.

12. Only the $50.00 is required to register your camper right now. Select your method of payment by selecting the “By Credit Card” or “By Bank Draft” radio buttons in the Payment Method section If paying by credit / debit card enter the listed information including your cards verification number found on the back of your card and click on “Proceed to Confirmation Page” to complete the registration.

Select your method of payment by selecting the “By Credit Card” or “By Bank Draft” radio buttons in the Payment Method section If paying by Bank Draft enter the listed information including your Bank’s routing number as well as you account number as described in the example. Click on the “Proceed to Confirmation Page” to complete the registration.

14. When you have completed your campers registration you will be brought back to the registration page where you can then register another camper or register as an Adult volunteer, siblings, or Youth volunteer. We now go through registering as an Adult volunteer.

15. Once you have clicked on the Register Adult volunteer link you will be brought to the Registration Details page. As with your camper you will need to click on the Me radio button if you are volunteering or if you are signing up your spouse or some other adult the Someone Else radio button. Fill in all the information that is required. Noted by the red button with the “R” and scroll down to continue the form

16. There is no charge to register as an Adult volunteer but if you want a T-Shirt there is a $10 charge for each one you want and you will then be prompted for either your card or bank draft information as before when registering your camper. A separate charger is needed for each transaction.

17. Continue to scroll down filling in all the required information. When you have entered all the needed data click on the Next Step button to complete the registration.

18. Congratulations! You have successfully completed registering your camper and yourself as an Adult volunteer. Click the ok button to register more campers, Siblings, or Youth volunteer or exit CampMaster Thank you for using CampMaster to register your boy for Day Camp! See You at Camp!
