  12. What can we do? Joyce K. Fletcher January, 2009 Yes, perception is important BUT you also have to be aware of what you are doing and how you are leading! Manage perception but ALSO move beyond performativity Logic of Effectiveness Taking up our ROLE as leaders based on this logic
