  2. VISIO Lab • Check syllabus or notes from last class to see where class will meet today. • Instructions on how to use VISIO to create DFDs.

  3. Patient Information System • Draw a context level and zero-level DFD for a patient information system. A doctor will receive a patient report containing information about the patient. The system accepts patient information to add a new patient, find an existing patient’s information, update and existing patient’s information and deletes patient records if needed.
