OBJECTIVES Objectives of the Programme • To Impart the practical training/ knowledge of the products/ processes of the businesses that we operate in. • To equip the students with skills and knowledge and mould them based on the requirements of the education industry. What is the Training Programme all about ? • The training is a planned and mentored learning experience providing the trainee with the knowledge and business expertise across various educational products.

PROFILE • Create integrated and coordinated marketing campaigns. • Getting the feedback of the students by doing one-one counseling. • Innovation of new methodology and implementing in the business structure. • Assisting the product team by finding the innovative methods. • Work in sales, marketing and product teams to craft positioning for current products.

Develop and maintain business relationships and branding support. • Develop and deploy business oriented marketing strategies • Analyze market needs, trends and competition that will stimulate creation of new product. • Contribute marketing direction to business plans. • Develop and drive marketing initiatives in line with Business objectives.

  9. SALIENT FEATURES The Program duration is for 3 months. The summer training period of 12-14 weeks will be the program duration. • At the end of the training program, PTeducation services will award each trainee with a training certificate. • Those trainees with extraordinary performance during the program will be given cold offers to join the company on the successful completion of the Programme.

  10. SELECTION PROCESS ROUND 1- WRITTEN TEST ROUND 2- GROUP DISCUSSION ROUND 3- PERSONAL INTERVIEW *No round is a elimination round.

  11. STIPEND • FIXED STIPEND= Rs. 5000 p.m. • STIPEND CAN VARY ACCORDING TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE TRAINEE AT THE TIME OF SUMMER INTERNSHIP.
