  11. Humans Have a Success Instinct There is absolutely no research correlation between success and family background, race, national origin, financial status, or even educational accomplishments. There is but one correlation with success, and that is ATTITUDE.

  13. Classroom Procedure • You will come to class promptly • Be seated and log-on before the bell rings • You will go right to work • Send an Email regarding your progress for the day to your teacher - just prior to the end of class

  14. Assignment Hand-in Procedure • You will be saving on the server in your folder on the “E” Drive • Assignments will be emailed to your teacher • You will learn to create your own electronic portfolio - all assignments will be posted on your webpage

  15. Dismissal The procedure is: The teacher dismisses the class The bell does not dismiss the class You do not dismiss the class stay in your seat until the class is dismissed by the teacher

  16. Team Procedure We are a team - a learning team You are in charge of your own learningYou must initiate your own answers You will help others in this class You will ask others for assistance as you need it You will not wait for the teacher to help you

  17. It is your responsibility to: Take charge of your own learning. Clean up the area around your desk. Email the teacher, daily. Log off your computer at the end of the period.
