  2. 網絡為我們帶來甚麼轉變? • 當鄰家使用馬來拉動機器來耕田的時候, 我還可以置之不理, 但當火車在我的後園不遠處來回奔走時, 我知道不可能不予理會 (從量變到質變, 當速度以幾何級數增加時, 會推動及導致根本的變化)

  4. Get on line -教育上會是怎樣體現呢? • 老師都要學寫網頁，把教材都放到網上去? • 將來全世界都只有數套公認最好的教材，由大師級人馬任教？ • 學生將會通過網上接受個人化教育，隨時得到回饋，得知自己的進度，以設立下一步的目標？

  5. 網上教育是新瓶舊酒還是新瓶新酒？ • 資料≠知識≠智慧 要學會分析和整合 • 照顧個別差異≠照顧學習進度差異≠個人化學習 • 網絡社會需要大量人才，並需備有現存教育制度下未能培養的能力
