  2. Introduction • To increase students’ exposure to different careers for their future planning, seven careers sharing sessions are organized. • Compulsory for S.6 students as part of their OLE • Open to all students (OLE hours will be counted)

  3. Information for S.6 • Please choose the first three priorities according to your preference. • We would assign one session for you according to your preference and the availability of places. • We would try our best to accommodate your preference.

  4. Information for S.1 to S.5 • Please choose 1 session to join among the seven sessions. • You will be assigned to one of the sessions based on your preference and the availability of seats. Priority is given to senior form students. • Please return the name list to Ms. Irene Law by 19/10/2012.

Session A -Accounting • Guest speaker: Ms. Pauline Leung • Partner, Price Waterhouse • She is an alumna of Sacred Heart CanossianCollege. l • She was graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, with a degree (first class honour) in Business Administration. • She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) and was a council member of the Hong Kong branch of ACCA during 1998 to 2002. • is a partner in PwC’s Capital Market Services Group (“CMSG”). She has more than 20 years of experience in providing assurance and business advisory services, with 13 years as a partner.

Session B- Banking • Guest speaker: Ms. KattyLeign (retired) • Vice President & Head of Wealth Management and Consumer Loans Products • Ms. Leignis an alumna of Sacred Heart CanossianCollege • She is graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies, Major in Marketing from City University of Hong Kong • Her responsibilities included overseeing product development function for general banking, deposit and investment products; Managing the marketing budget to ensure effective use of marketing dollars on various campaigns , etc.

Session C- Human resources • Guest speaker: Mr. George So • Deputy General manager, Pearligain Development limited • Over 20 years of training and consulting experience that encompass both administration and delivery • Countries and region involved: China, Australia and Hong Kong • Industries involved: government, manufacturing, trading, engineering, education and hospitality

Session D-Public Relations • Guest speaker: Ms. Amy Wong (retired) • Public Affairs Manager (Corporate Services)Hong Kong Jockey Club • Ms. Wong is an alumna of Sacred Heart CanossianCollege • She has involved in the PR field with most of the time working for Hong Kong Tourism Board and later The Hong Kong Jockey Club for 20 years • Until 2011, she became a freelancer and a part-time lecturer in PR, advertising and marketing

Session E -Law • Guest speaker: Ms. Keung Mei Chuen Nancy • Senior Legal Aid Counsel (高級法律援助律師)Legal Aid Department法律援助署 • Studied Bachelor of Laws at HKU 1988-2001 • Started 2 years' solicitor training at a law firm, specialized in intellectual property and civil litigation • joined the Legal Aid Department as a lawyer since about 1996. Now a Senior Legal Aid Counsel of the Department; • Her responsibilities mainly included processing legal aid applications ie, to assess if the applicants are eligible for legal aid

SessionF-Wealth management • Guest speaker: Ms. Carrie Ng • Chief Wealth Management Advisor(首席財富管理顧問 ),Convoy Financial Services Ltd.,Convoy Asset Management Ltd. • Ms. Ng is an alumna of Sacred Heart CanossianCollege • Graduated with a Bachelor second honor (division 1) in BBA (majored in management and marketing) from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology • Her responsibilities included doing risk control, portfolio management service to client

  11. Session G • Ms. Wong Pui Yin Petrina, Senior Anchor , Cable TV News • Graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Bachelor of Translation and Master of Journalism • Joined the Cable TV after graduation.
