CBD (cannabidiol) is a phytonutrient commonly extracted from the hemp plant and associated with therapeutic applications. CBD oil has been found to reduce blood pressure, alleviate stress, & speed up the recovery of muscles that have experienced injury or overuse. During a CBD massage, CBD salve can help relax and naturally loosen muscles to reduce pain and inflammation to allow for faster healing, while also improving the health of the skin. CBD can also be extracted from the marijuana plant, and contain traces of THC--the pyschoactive compound of marijuana. WE USE CBD EXTRACTED FROM HEMP--NOT MARIJUANA. Our deep tissue massage salve contains 400mg CBD. It comes in a .25 oz container, and if we don't use all of it during the session, the remainder is yours to take home. It contains coconut oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, beeswax, arnica, CBD, menthol crystals, peppermint, bergamot,and lavender, and vitamin E. It is preblended so if you have an allergy to any of these we shouldn't use it. We use only CBD provided by Kinetic Massage Works. Ours has been spectrographed for purity. Although we take this precaution, there is always a chance of testing positive for THC/marijuana on a drug panel. We require a waiver releasing us from liability.
