Results of discussions during the NWGs • After verbal comments from the working groups and the experts, we have proposed modifications • It is not worth to detail the modifications as the main issues are: • Clarification on confidentiality of documents and mail exchanges • Proposed solutions to keep the groups working during and after the completion of the project: chairman and /or President /or moderator • Periodicity of the NWG: 3 months • Periodicity of the RWG: 6 months • Guest from TRACECA, BSC, Caspeco or other entities working in the same area of competencies will be invited • It was proposed to organize the next regional working group in the area of the direct or non-direct beneficiary countries (Istanbul for example) • In association with • Ramboll, Milieu & Tethys

  4. New text • The new text of the ToR has been submitted for comments and will be communicated to the NWGs as soon as it is approved by the EC • Annexes could be added later on mainly after the first drafts of the Regional Action Plan • In association with • Ramboll, Milieu & Tethys
