Adjunct needed? Anti-inflammatory (e.g. Naproxen 500mg po bid w/ meals) Antidepressant (e.g. Sertraline , Effexor, Cymbalta, Amitryptiline) And/or muscle relaxant (e.g. cyclobenzaprine 5mg potid) Failed Consider narcotics and injection therapy or surgery Failed or not a surgical candidate: Consider Neurostimulation
