Option A – one to four years ($750,000 -$800,000) • This assumes no growth or decline in enrollment, similar deployment of computers and usage, PEPPM pricing, CISCO products, 802.11 N wireless technology. • This would allow growth for teacher laptop deployment, addition of phones and wireless access points that require network power. • This includes no additional staff.

Option A: one year ($750,000 -$800,000) • This assumes no growth or decline in enrollment, similar deployment of computers and usage, PEPPM pricing, CISCO products, 802.11 N wireless technology. • This would allow growth for teacher laptop deployment, addition of phones and wireless access points that require network power. • This includes no additional staff or instructional software that would need to be determined by a team. Cost of K-12 teacher / classroom deployment: ($2,300,000) • Secondary (includes middle level teachers at SAMHS and EMHS who teach both levels): $800,000 • Middle (only includes YEMS and BWMS): $260,000 • Elementary: $850,000 • If this were phased over three years, it would cost approximately $350,000 per year to maintain the K-12 teacher laptop / projector deployment after the initial investment. This dollar figure is not included in the $2,300,000. • Additional coaching and / or technical staff will be required to support teacher / classroom deployment: $400,000 • Additional assumptions include: lease of laptops
