  2. Occupation • Where you work? • What you make an hour? • What is your Gross Income? • What is your Net Income? • Explain how you get paid; weekly, biweekly, monthly, hourly, salary, commission, tips, etc.

  3. Picture of Apartment • Show a picture of your apartment. (This is evidence you searched on the internet) • How much is the apartment? • What is the square footage? • Where is it located? • Why did you choose this apartment?

  4. Picture of Car and your car Payments • What type of car? • How much are you paying a Month? • After five years, how much are you going to pay the bank in interest? • Show your work (Snip the car loan calculator projections and insert it on this page!) • Picture of the car • Picture of the Car loan calculator as evidence!

  5. Car Insurance • Who do you have insurance with? • How much do you pay a month for car insurance? • What is your coverage – full, liability, etc. • How are you covered?

  6. Cable • Do you have Dish, Insight, Direct TV, etc.? • How much do you spend? • Do you have a bundle package – internet, cable, home phone? • Show evidence of pricing?

  7. Food • How much will you spend on Food? (This will be a set amount!)

  8. Clothing • How much are you going to spend on Clothing, shoes, etc., a month?

  9. Grooming • How much are you going to spend on haircuts a month? • Nails?

  10. Entertainment • What you want to do? • Places you like to go? • Get together’s at your house? • Parties • Going out to eat with friends • Video rentals, games, etc.

  11. Gas • How much are you spending in Gas? This will be a set amount?

  12. Cell Phone • What type of Phone? • Phone service is through who? • How much is your monthly bill? • What does your phone service package include – unlimited texting, 1500 any-time minutes, etc.?
