WP4Building Capacities • Benchmarking of NCP system (GSRT): Field visits to NCP systems in the region, questionnaire for clients (web-based), questionnaires to NCP coordinators • Satisfaction of clients with consulting on international cooperation, benchmarking of support structures • Training workshops on FP7 for research managers (SBRA, TUBITAK): 3 workshops already carried out, next one in 2010 • Training workshops on financial issues in FP7 (MES-CRA): in all WBC during autumn/winter 2008, only workshop open – for partners in autumn 2009 • ERA indicators (MPI): workshop on improvement of statistical indicators in S&T (already in autumn 2008), field visits to statistical offices in Western Balkan countries • Core task with focus on indicators on R&D systems
