  2. Login • You can contact your distributor to register in the system; your username will be your email address and your password will be “dealer123.”

  4. Homepage/Dashboard • Your dashboard is your starting point for using Maruyama’s Parts List system. From here you can view media (in this case, “media” refers to parts lists), search parts, and find new posts

  6. Search • Your media library is constantly growing as Maruyama produces new models and enters archived parts lists into the system. • Your interface will remember media which you have viewed recently. • You can search by part number, unit description, machine type, etc.

  8. Select Media • Once you have searched the library for the desired parts list book, click the one you want and it will open and reveal chapters. The term “chapters” refers to individual media-containing sections of the parts list book. To view the media you want to see, simply click on its chapter.

  10. View Media • Once you have opened the media, you can zoom in, pan out, and manipulate the illustration as needed • To see information about a part, hover over its hotpoint • To select a part, click its hotpoint and the part will show up highlighted in the pane to the right

  12. Request quote • Once you have selected the part you want, click on the “shopping cart” icon on the let side of the highlighted bar • You will be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information • Once you enter your information, submit the RFQ

  15. Finish • Once you are finished selecting you part and requesting your quote, close the media, chapters, and books by clicking the small “x” at the top right of each TAB
