  3. 2014 Annual Update Annual Update - May 15, 2014 • Schedule 1 rate (0.61 $/kW-year) effective June 1, 2014 – May 31, 2015 • 2014 Projected rate (27.54 $/kW-year) effective June 1, 2014 – May 31, 2015 for Schedules 7, 8, and NITS rates • 2013 True-up rate (24.52 $/kW-year) for Schedules 7, 8, and NITS rates charged in CY 2013 • January – May (2012 Projection): 24.62 $/kW-year • June – December (2013 Projection): 25.86 $/kW-year

Schedules 3 and 3A • Order 784 & 784-A • December 19, 2013 – Compliance filing for Order 784 to incorporate pro forma language • May 29, 2014 – Filed revision to self-supply language to remove 100% requirement • Schedules 3/3A Rate Update • August 15, 2013 – FERC rejected PacifiCorp’s April 1, 2013 filing (Docket No. ER13-1206) • Filing Target Date – April 1, 2016 (for rates effective June 1, 2016) • Target test period October 1, 2014 – September 30, 2015

Schedules 5 and 6 • November 11, 2013 – FERC approves BAL-002-WECC-2 • Prior BAA contingency reserve obligation: 5% variable / 7% thermal • New BAA contingency reserve obligation: 3% load / 3% generation • October 1, 2014 – Effective date • Next Steps: • Working with NWPP and other entities on terminology/interpretation • Implementation and testing of system requirements • Moratorium on rates, terms and conditions of Schedules 5 and 6 until a June 1, 2015 effective date at the earliest
