Group - I Objective One
General Recommendations • To enable Regional office to be effective will require synchronization and sequencing of RO and CO plans • Create platforms for providing regular and active feedback and follow up on surveys, reports etc. • Use RAC/TAC/NAC as a platform for providing feedback, updating calendars and rotate venue for RAC meetings (Feb & July)
Consider frequency and structure of NAC & TAC • Need to agree on a bottom up approach to research for learning (agree on topic and priorities, partnerships, roles & responsibilities) • Regional team to provide feedback and follow up on management support • RD need to interact with country team leaders by participating in some meetings and to provide problem solving support on as needed bases
RO to provide staff development & mentorship support to COs • Gender activities to be piloted in identified sites to test identified interventions • Leadership in documentation, manuals, etc • RO to support COs in providing M&E support at DFBA level
Flip chart notes • Objective 1: • Better planning by synchronizing and timing activities. • Performance feedbacks. • Monitoring data, • Reports • Survey • Need for action-oriented feedbacks. • RAC to improve its effectiveness. • -as a platform for providing feedbacks. • - to update calendars e.g. NAC and TAC. • - Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda and include team leaders.
