Photo and dinner today • Group Photo – be ready by 5:30PM – beside the pool • Photo of those who identify as women for March 8, 2019 – International women’s day followed by full group photo • Wear your T-Shirts • ***Those with accessibility issues – Slack mtg-lsst2018-help, someone will assist you in arriving earlier to the photo location*** • Reception • Tuesday evening at 6:30pm -Last Territory & Court Yard (5 min walk/shuttle) • Ticket good for 1 drink is in your badge pocket

  4. Unconference reminder • Unconference held Wednesday afternoon • Propose your topics! (deadline afternoon break on Wednesday) • Propose early to get key people • Poster board with blank poster paper –titled “unconference” has been placed in the registration area • Write down your ideas • Indicate which topic interests you • All ideas accepted

Break out slides • Friday plenary dedicated to reporting on the breakouts. • Please nominate a person to create 1 slide and to be prepared to give a summary 1 minute talk. • The slide will go into this google slide deck that already contains a blank slide per session in the order in which the session took place during the week. • http://ls.st/l3p
