  5. Diving into the Professionalism Rubric • Underline the key words for this indicator. • What do you notice about the wording of the descriptors? • How is performance level 5 different from 3? • How are these measurable? • Share Out your Findings

  6. Assembling Your Evidence • As a group look at the indicator at your table and scribe several examples of evidence that would apply to the bullet points in descriptors 3 and 5.

  7. How would you describe quality evidence? • IS… • Required of teachers • Specific and descriptive • Includes dates, times and hours or credits • From the lessons observed and this school year • Reflective • IS NOT… • Restating the descriptor • Telling all the things you do everyday • Telling all the things you wanted to do • Telling what you are going to do next year

  8. Let’s Get Specific • Revisit your evidence. Can you make it more specific and meaningful? • Pick one example of evidence that your table created. Now make it even more detailed and specific.
