What the proposed costs include… • ESI will support remaining Konica Minolta Fleet @ $.012 per b/w page & • $.079 per color page • 3 (or 5) New Xerox WC5675’s @ $.0053 per b/w page – taking the place of 3 (or \ • 5) higher volume Konica’s due to lower cost of operation • 9 print controller boards for ECPS owned Konica Minolta BizHub 600 & 601 • MFD’s. • ESI will provide all supplies, service, and parts on all laser print devices @ • $.014 per b/w page & $.125 per color page • ESI will provide all ink/fax devices with supplies on a billable basis – tracked by • device to facilitate an understanding of where further savings may be found. • Training on all hardware (including new KM 600/601 print capabilities) • service/supply support processes, and on how to analyze monthly reports • (usage detail, service detail, ROI analyses) • All connectivity needs to enable MFD printing capabilities and scanning where • applicable
