Click on Proceed for Bid Submission. Click on Go to Load the forms internally. Click on Load Forms. Select ‘Send public key’ option and Click on Go. Enter Test String for Encryption. Select your Digital Certificate and Click on OK. Click on Decrypt.

  1. Click on Proceed for Bid Submission

  2. Click on Go to Load the forms internally

  3. Click on Load Forms

  4. Select ‘Send public key’ option and Click on Go

  5. Enter Test String for Encryption

  6. Select your Digital Certificate and Click on OK

  7. Click on Decrypt

  8. Select your Digital Certificate and Click on OK

  9. Click on Send Public Key

  10. Click on Done

  11. Click on Go

  12. Click on tick mark to fill the form

  13. Fill the Item Specification form and Click on ‘Encrypt and Save’

  14. Click on Document Solicited from Vendor

  15. Click on Select Doc to upload the doc

  16. Select the doc to be uploaded

  17. Click on Save

  18. Click on Vendor Specified Terms

  19. Fill the Vendor Specified Terms form and Click on ‘Encrypt and Save’

  20. Click on Price Bid

  21. Scroll right side

  22. Fill the Price Bid form and Click on Compute

  23. Click on Encrypt and Save

  24. Click on Done after filling all the forms

  25. Click on Done

  26. Click on Go to enter the Tender document fees

  27. Select the Pay Mode as Demand Draft and Click on Make Payment

  28. Fill the Payment details and click on Save

  29. Click on Done

  30. Click on Go to enter EMD payment details

  31. Select the Pay Mode as Demand Draft and Click on Make Payment

  32. Fill the Payment details and click on Save

  33. Click on Done

  34. Click on Go

  35. Click on Sign and Seal

  36. Select your Digital Certificate and Click on OK

  37. Click on Done

  38. With this you have competed Bid Submission Stage
