OFF-SEASON • Periodic grade checks • A final first semester grade of a “D” or an “F” will result in the following: • Each “D” will result in missing one game • Each “F” will result in missing two games • Missed games start with the first games of the season • IN-SEASON • Bi-weekly grade and behavior checks • Athletes reporting a “D” or an “F” in any class will not be allowed to do the below until their grades meet program standards: • Attend any in-season practices • Wear their lacrosse uniform during in-seasongames GRADE POLICY
Players engaging in underage drinking and/or issued a Minor in Possession (MIP) • 1stOffense: • Two game suspension* • 50 additional hours of community service* • Mandatory meeting with Coach Cole • Must complete a substance abuse course • 2ndOffense: • One year suspension • Another 50 additional hours of community service* • Another mandatory meeting with Coach Cole • Must complete another substance abuse course • 3rd Offense: • Permanent expulsion from the Rock Canyon Lacrosse Program • *Can be carried over to the following season ALCOHOL & DRUG USE POLICY

Helps organize and manage off field activities, issues and concerns, in order to help maximize program and student athlete productivity. In addition, it aids the coaching staff in relaying information to the other guardians of the program. • The Booster Club meets, on average, once a month at RCHS. King Soopers Rewards Program Earn money for RC Lacrosse for purchases you’re already making! For every $5,000 loaded onto our RC Cards, the program will receive $250, or 5% If 30 families spend $500 in groceries/gas each month: 30 x $500 = $15,000 That’s $750 per month or $9,000 per year!

IN-SEASON PRACTICE • JV 3:30 -- 5:30 p.m. RC Grass/Turf Field • LEVEL III Monday thru Friday dependent on games • Some Saturdays as necessary • VARSITY RC Grass/Turf Field • Feb 18 thru March 7 - 3:30 -- 5:30 p.m. • March 10 thru end of season 5:30 -- 7:30 p.m. • Saturday morning practice – 9:00 a.m.
