  3. The Learning Support Lab provides services designed to enhance the academic performance of all students. LSL offers tutoring and group study in a variety of subjects in College Prep Reading, Writing, and Math, English Composition, the Sciences, and EAP. • Room D203 • TelephoneNumber: 305-237-5150 • HoursofOperation: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. (Monday - Thursday) 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Friday) 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. (Saturday)

  5. The SAIL (System for Applied & Individualized Learning) Lab supports a variety of educational programs and software to improve Language, Reading, and Math skills. The Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Math Lab is a state-of-the-art facility offering faculty and tutor-led learning support sessions designed to enhance student skills in Mathematics and foster a positive attitude towards the learning of Math. • Room H203 • TelephoneNumber: 305-237-5314 • HoursofOperation: 9.00 am – 4.30 pm

Miami Dade MYMDC Student Network Account The account allows you to log in the Student Portal to register, drop and/or add classes, view your schedule, see your grades, and print your degree audit. • You may access the following Web address to obtain your Student Network Account: http://www.mdc.edu/sis/ You need the following information: • Name, Address, MDC Student ID Number, and Date of Birth • Valid e-mail address

  11. Lab Procedures • Upon arrival, remember to log in using your Student ID # and to click on the SUBJECT you are here for. • Ask for your student folder at the front desk. Provide your course name and your last name. • When leaving, return your student folder at the front desk. • Remember to log out before leaving.
