  4. Submitting Loans through HIP is as Easy as 123! Step 1- File Import Step 2- Upload File Documentation Step 3- Submit Loan

  5. Step 1- File Import • New Loan Actions • Closed Loan Review • Prior Approval Submission

  6. Step 1- File Import • AUS Submission • Enter- FannieMae: • Case File ID • User ID • Password • 2. Select Import • FHA Streamlines • Select Manual Submission: • Browse and attach file • 2. Select Import

  7. Step 1- File Import • Complete contact information • Select- Register

Step 1- File Import • Exceptions: Identifies critical information that is missing from the loan file submission • Select- Save Exception to File • Fatal Errors- Loan can not be submitted until missing information is updated. • Update FannieMae DU Case File • Rerun Desktop Underwriter • Retrieve updated Casefile ID on initially submission page in HIP • Example- Missing Subject Property Address • Warnings- Loan can be submitted, however loan information must be updated prior to purchasing • Example- Missing dependent Age

  9. Step 2- Upload File Documentation • Locate Loan in Pipeline • Double Click on loan or Select- Loan Details Summary

  11. Step 2- Upload File Documentation • Documents may be uploaded in batches or indexed appropriately • Select- Category • Select- Doc Type • Browse and Attach File • Select- Upload • Acceptable Document • Types: • PDF • TIFF • TXT • HTM/HTML • XML • Maximum individual document size: 40MB

  12. Step 3- Submit Loan • Select- Submit Loan

  13. Loan Details Summary • All loan functions are completed in the Loan Details Summary Screen through the tabs and action buttons highlighted

  14. Import History • Contains a list of the AUS/3.2 import history • Select Findings to review DU findings • Select note to add a note to that specific upload

  15. Document Library • Contains Seller Uploaded Documents and HBC Uploaded Documents • Double click on any document name to review

  16. Condition- Review / Upload • View Underwriting and Purchasing conditions • Select Upload to browse and attach condition(s)

  17. Status History • Current Loan Status is always displayed in the header • View complete Status History of the loan

Seller Responsibilities • Once the loan has been purchased: • Transfer MERS MIN to REMN • (Organization ID1002882) • Batch Number • FHA Assignment, provide “results” printout • Final Pay History • Trailing Documents (within 120 days) • Original recorded Mortgage/Deed of Trust • Final Title Policy • Recorded Assignments • Any additional HBC specified Docs Documents sent to: HomeBridge c/o Real Estate Mortgage Network 433 Hackensack Avenue- 5th Floor Hackensack, NJ 07601 Attn: Final Docs
