Introduction to the Project • We are building an e-commerce solution for a West Virginia University Bookstore partner. • This site will allow users to browse products, see what is required by their class, and order these products online. • The backend to this website will be server-based and allow for a variety of functions by the Sales and Warehouse Administrators.

  3. The database is the central repository for all information used by the company. • The company will track sales, track inventory, and update the information for each product. • The website will effectively just allow users to view this information, the only information it will process will be the billing order.
