Accommodation recommendations – mixed and women only, safety and design of projects Lack of staff understanding of needs and available support .e.g. trauma and abuse, contact with children, women’s health issues, pregnancy Activities and training- relevance to their ambitions

Psychologically informed environments- PIEs e.g. Chrysalis project • 'if you asked a member of staff why they were doing something, they could and answer in 'if you asked a member of staff why they were doing something, they could and answer in terms of the psychological and emotional wellbeing of the client(s)'. • Staff reflective practice sessions and supervision from clinically trained pychotherapists/ psycholologists. • Client access to psychotherapy (Lifeworks).
