  2. 以下為日前新竹地區一個聽障的早期療育成功案例。

  3. 一般的嬰兒在一歲多時，應該是開始學說話的時候了，但案例中這個小女孩，在約一歲時，只能發出單一種音調，

  4. 家長非常擔心女兒是不是有先天性的聾啞問題，於是帶到醫院作詳細的檢查，結果證實是重度聽障。

  5. 由於在家族中並沒有類似的發展遲緩兒童遺傳病史，作為家長的當然非常難接受這樣的診斷結果，

  6. 但是為了女兒的將來，還是決定接受建議進行早期療育治療。

  7. 小女孩從學習發音開始，經過一段時間的治療，目前在助聽器的協助下，聽力和語言能力都已經跟普通人一樣了，可說是一個非常成功的早期療育治療。

  8. 從案例中可發現，發展遲緩兒童早期療育如果可以及早開始，加上家人的全力協助，對於兒童會有非常大的幫助。
