  1. Employee review of Leave and Earning Statement to verify accuracy of salary received after annual pay adjustment Pay Period 1 - 2008

  2. Enter the URL: http://www.nfc.usda.gov/

  3. Click on “EPP” for the Employee Personal Page.

  4. Read the warning and click “accept”.

  5. Either enter your SSN and Password and log in OR Click on the eAuth login button

  6. Read the warning and click on “continue’

  7. Read the security alert and click on “yes”.

  8. Enter your eAuthentication user ID and Password and click on the login button.

  9. Ensure the current salary and the salary for PP1 includes Your 2008 annual pay adjustment. Verify your salary Grade/Step is correct.

  10. To view and/or print your leave and earning statement, click on the the link to “view pay period 1 E & L statement”

  11. Review data that is applicable to you and ensure accuracy. Employees are responsible for reviewing their Leave and Earning statement EVERY pay period. If you wish to print your leave and earning statement, select the Applicable pay period, select “print-friendly” and then click on “go”. The system defaults to the current pay period.

  12. To print, click on the “print’ icon.

  13. Leave and Earning Statements Are Not Being Mailed Anymore by NFC Except When A Waiver Has Been Filled, Approved, and Effected. Employees Are Responsible to Access Their Own L & E Statements Via EPP. Make it a habit to check EVERY Pay Period.
