When you experience brain fog, keep a log on what you may have done or eaten leading up to it. Maybe you have been feeling stressed out. Eventually, you may figure out what is causing it by keeping a journal.
How are you sleeping? Improve sleep quality by minimizing phone and other electronics before bedtime. Limit caffeine, alcohol, and any type of sugary foods a couple of hours before you make your way to bed. • What medications are you taking and could they be contributing to your brain fog?
