Training 2013 VIRTUAL LESSONS FOR LIBRARIANS • Conducted 12 sessions-webinars (virtual lessons) for librarians • Total number of participants/connections – 191 (34% were active all sessions, 23% - only in one or two sessions) • Covered topics – on-line safety, specific skills and knowledge related to usage of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Picture Manager, MS Power Point, specific nuances on business correspondence on-line POST-ADVOCACY TRAINING Implemented 6 series of workshops Covered topics – sustainability of AT, how to support librarians in advocacy activities etc. Participants – Training Center Managers and methodologists of regional libraries (30)
Government support • Subsidy to cover Internet connectivity fee in public libraries • Includes provision of technical helpdesk to libraries
