1. Westwood hockey club research analysis I Westwood Hockey Club Need a system to help them to keep track of their income and outgoings and team members. To get a idea of what would be needed I decided to research two aspects of what they would want which is a kit shop idea from a spread sheet from the company EMC² it originally sold computer components but can be changed to kit instead of PC components I had to clear the spread sheet because it had some sensitive data. Another problem that need to be tackled is that the dates of the games need to be told to all of the team members this is where mail merge comes in to play I managed to find a mail merge template on Google doc.s this would help the club to save time instead of individually typing the email to all the members or adding them every week to the recipient list.

2. It has a address list so you cant forget anything/anyone. Simple to use and has no complex formulas Uses mail merge to save time on righting out all the addresses and messages

3. Instructions It has clear instruction step by step I will use this in my spread sheet for easy use for people who have never used it before.

4. Pricing sheet. Uses conditional formatting for if the costumer will use maintenance with clear instructions
