  10. Additional Costs: • Lunch Money $150.00 ($15 x 10 days) • Free Time Activity Money $100.00 • Shopping / Souvenirs $300.00 ?? • Tip money $50.00 - $75.00 (to be turned in before we leave)

  11. Payment Schedule: • Aug / Sept, 2013 : $200 deposit and application • 30 days later: $300 payment due • February 1, 2014 (approximately): - Remaining Balance is due. You CAN’T pay for all of the trip at once. You must pay the deposit and then a separate payment. • There is an Automatic Pay plan that deducts automatically from your bank account.

Application Process: • Code of Conduct signed and returned • 3 Teacher Recommendations returned • Student / Contact Information filled out and returned • Final approval from Madame Mooney / Señora Castañeda All materials need to be turned in to Mme Mooney or Señora Castañeda BEFORE registering!

  13. After Approval: • Complete application • Register online. You will be given the group code after you’ve been approved. This ensures your spot on the tour! • Get your passport!
