  3. Weak links in the Scrum chain cause failure. Product Owner Detached and not involved. ScrumMaster not 100% committed. Team unable to self organize. Scrum by itself does not fail.

  5. Strong links in the Scrum chain cause Success. Product Owner is committed and involved. ScrumMaster is 110% committed. Team able to self organize. Scrum, if the framework is followed, it will succeed.

  6. As a ScrumMaster, you will have to contend with: The tyranny of the waterfall; The illusion of command and control; The belief in magic; and, The era of opacity.
