Tyre Movement-Mount • As the name suggests this voucher is created when a Tyre is mounted to a vehicle. • This Tyre can be New or Remoulded or Un mounted from another vehicle. • Mount voucher is very easy to make and very little information is required. • We also select which side on vehicle it was mounted • Tyre position is also selected in this form.   3. To Create Tyre Mount entry first click on Transactions on main screen Now click on Mountto open the form Now click on Tyre Movementfrom the menu then Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  4. Like all other forms there is option to search for existing records or you can add new record using the + New Record Lets start by doing a search to view all records for this we will leave the box empty and then click on search button. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  5. To view / Edit any record click on the button corresponding to the record and it will be displayed. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  7. Lets start now by creating a new voucher. Click on + New Record button to open the form. For this example I am taking Narol Branch. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  8. After Branch Name and Mount Date now we enter the vehicle number on which this tyre is mounted Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  9. After entering the vehicle number its Vehicle Odometer is shown Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  10. Now select the tyre number from the list. Only the tyres currently present in the current branch unused are shown here. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  11. Now select the Axel No of Vehicle on which the tyre is to be mounted. To see this the users must do Masters  Vehicle  Chasis Configuration entry for this vehicle where the total number of Single Axels, no of Double Axels and Stephaney is entered. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  12. If Single is selected then only LO-Left Outer, RO-Right Outer option is shown Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  13. After selecting the Axel number then we have to select Left or Right side. If it’s a double Axel then it will also show option of Inner or Outer tyre position. As I have selected Axle No 2 so we see the options of LO, RO, LI, RI. Select where the tyre will be mounted. LO-Left Outer , RO-Right Outer , LI-Left Inner , RI-Right Inner Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  14. If you like to add any remarks then it can be entered in the Remarks field and click on Add button. Now click on Save button to save this voucher. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad
