The Computerization of accounts in RSRDCC since inception as RDRDCC • For the computerization work of RSRDCC from April 2001 to March 2009. • The expression of interest has been asked from reputed chartered accountant to load all the accounts on computer with the help of Tally.ERP 9 software after receiving offers from 33 CA’s the work has been approved in favor of M/s parwal & Associates against lump sum fees of Rs.51000.00 • plus service tax as applicable • The work order issued vide order no. C-1(1)14416 dated 13-1-2010.

We Learn in Preliminary Stage………….. • First phase of preliminary training started from 7Th Oct. to 11th Oct. 2009 in the sabha bhawan of RSRDC with 41 participant. • Topics cover under Preliminary phase. • To Start & shut down the computer • Operation of mouse • Handling of keyboard • Access of desktop Icons • Know about Tally history • Operation in Tally.ERP 9 Software

Topics covered in Tally.ERP 9 • Handling Tally.ERP 9 • Loading of Tally.ERP 9 (double click on tally.erp9 icon on desktop) • Creation of company unit wise (By ALT+F3) • Creating masters according to our accounts master(At Gateway of tally-accounts info) • Entering different type vouchers in Tally.ERP 9 (Gateway of Tally-accounting voucher) • Know about short keys to Toggle between different voucher type in Tally.ERP 9 (like Payment-F5 , receipt- F6, J.V. – F7) • Know about Tally.ERP 9 other configuration (F12) related to accounts (like toggle between single entry mode & double entry mode Dr.& Cr.) • Change in date & period of cash book & entries. (F2)

Learn about different properties of computer • Properties of computers • Creation of New folders ( right click on free space & select New folder) • Renaming of folder name (right click on folder & select rename) • Creating text file in folder (right click on free space in folder & select new text file) • Feeding data in New text file ( double click on text file , it open & write data as our requirement) • How to go on my computer & access hard disc like C drive, D drive, CD drive or any other like pen drive etc.

In between …………. • Our units enter data in Tally.ERP 9 with some difficulties which are solved by remote support of priyam’s team. • Units representative make communication for assistance to H.O. & priyam’s team • Units enter data for about one or two month with some problem like alteration of voucher,printing etc. which require advance training of Tally.ERP 9 in second stage. • Some units perform good & some want to be.

We Learn In Advance stage of Tally.ERP 9…………… • Second phase of Advance Stage of training started from 14Th Dec to 18th Dec 2009 in the sabha bhawan of RSRDC with 42 participant. • Topics cover under Advance stage Training. • Review of preliminary stage Training • Revision of master creation (like grouping ,sub-grouping& ledger creating) • Voucher numbering (automatic & manual) (gateway of tally – accounts info-voucher type –Alter-select voucher type) • Voucher alteration (selecting voucher & altering it) • Feeding Opening balances & opening entires in ledgers & day book (Gateway of tally-acounts info-ledgers- selecting ledger-enter opening balance) • Know about bank reconciliation (gateway of tally-display-accounts book-bank book-F5)

We Learn In Advance stage of Tally.ERP 9…………… • Topics cover under Advance stage Training. • Preparation of budgets. • Printings of cash vouchers, journal vouchers, day book, Trial balance, P&L account & balance sheet.
