WP 1: MANAGEMENT&QUALITY (1/2) • Celebration of End of Trials Campaign Meeting, in Dublin or Madrid (week 37th or later) • Closure of open actions (KOM,PM#1, RCSM, PM#2, FIR(MTR), PM#3, IRM#2, PM#4 and teleconferences) • Closure of milestone#4 • Intensification of coordination with other FP6 / FP7 projects (mainly GSC, SIGNATURE and OPTITRANS, GSW) • Progress in the organization of project Workshop#1 and celebration of this workshop (end of September / beginning of October) • Preparation of next Progress Report (PR#6) • Date: T0 + 18 months (03/09/2010) • Contributions requested on 30/07/2010 and expected on 18/08/2010. NEXT STEPS

WP 1: MANAGEMENT&QUALITY (2/2) • Next Meeting: End of Trial Campaign Meeting (ETCM) • Location: Dublin => Madrid? • Participants: GMV, SKY, TRL, MF, BCO, ERF • Duration: 1 day • Objective: Review meeting; • Review of trials execution and status of trials evaluation and reporting. Review of status of Business & Exploitation plan. • (WP3.2.2, WP3.2.3 and WP4.2) • Fine-tuning of preparatory activities for Workshop#1 • Date T0+18  Consultation to fix a date? (GSA availability to be taken into account first) or postponed until finalization of E2E trials campaign? • week 37th (or later if postponed) NEXT STEPS

WP3: TRIALS -Periodic contact with the volunteer drivers participating in the trials to collect feedback and solve any potential problem -Work to minimize other identified risks related to the execution of trials -Completion of exhaustive trials campaign (Vehicle I – Navteq) -Progress in WP3.2.2 – Trials execution, progressing according to schedule for the end2end trials. -Progress in WP3.2.3 Trials evaluation and reporting and provisioning of results of analysis (both of Vehicle I – Navteq / exhaustive trials and those available from the E2E trials) -Completion of enforcement system trials and results -Fine-tuning of system for ASCENDI (AENOR) trials. -Execution of ASCENDI (AENOR) trials and analysis of results NEXT STEPS

WP4: CONCLUSIONS AND DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES • -Progress in the organization of project Workshop#1 • -Intensification of liaison with the targets of communication channel #1 in order to build clear links. • -Participation in different events / conferences • These specific tasks will be handled in parallel to the regular WP4.1 activities which are: • -Increase awareness of communication channel #2 targets • -Regularly update and promote GINA website • -Continue populating the databases with new/more detailed contacts and events • -Submit new abstracts and follow up procedures of the abstracts accepted • -Set up new press contacts and submit new articles • -Circulate new press releases (about GINA status and the European agenda, if relevant) • -Progress in activities of WP4.2 – Business and exploitation plan. Fixing of questionnaires to be circulated, circulating the questionnaires to the volunteers and progressing in the contents of D4.4 NEXT STEPS
