Biography • He is graduated in journalism. • He was a reporter in the war during 21 years. • In 1977 he founded the Defense magazine.
Biography II • He has been a reporter for the TVE during 9 years. • Between 1993 and 1994 he presented a TV programme called Code One. • He started his novelist career in 1986 with The Teacher of Fencing, although he has published The Hussar.
Biography III • In 1994 he finished his profession of reporter and he dedicated to the literature. • In 2006 Alatriste released, that is based in his novels of The captain Alatriste. • Pérez-Reverte is the first doctor ‘honoris causa’ of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena.
