PRIORITY VERSION 15 FUNCTIONALITY HIGHLIGHTS • Priority is the first ERP system to utilise Microsoft Silverlight Technology • Integrates with Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 and Eshbel are currently working on the integration and support for Internet Explorer 10 • Support for 64–bit Microsoft Outlook • Improved Html Marketgate interface enables you to operate Priority on Mobile Devices including iPhone, iPad and Android allowing you to view key data and carry out transactions whilst on the move including: • CRM (Customer Relations Management), view and update your Contacts, Leads and Sales Opportunities • View, create and update Sales Orders • View your Tasks for the day in the Calendar • View, create and update Service Calls providing live update of active service calls • View, create and update Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders • Report time spent on activities for your Projects via Project Reports

  3. PRIORITY VERSION 15 FUNCTIONALITY HIGHLIGHTS • Preventative Maintenance Module allows you to create a service plan for routine maintenance of your machines. Allows you to manage servicing carried out by a 3rd party sub-contractor which means you can keep track of incurred costs. • Business Intelligence Reports (BI). Improvements have been made to the reporting mechanism that was formerly known as OLAP (online analytical processing).There is now a multi-dimensional display format enabling you to drill down and view cross-sections of data in a single screen, organised within a hierarchical tree. • Ability to display PDF formats of documents e.g. Sales Order Confirmation Picture to fill this blue space Picture to fill this blue space

PRIORITY VERSION 15 FUNCTIONALITY HIGHLIGHTS • Time and Attendance Module allows you to collate employee time and attendance information including clocking in/out times, overtime , holidays and sickness. There is significant additional functionality available in Sales Opportunities and Marketing campaigns and one of these is the ability to now add reasons for failing to land a sales opportunity.   7. PRIORITY VERSION 15 FUNCTIONALITY HIGHLIGHTS • History of User Logins screen allows you to view a history of login and logout times per user and workstation. Ability also to view a history log of warning messages users may encounter whilst working within forms.   8. PRIORITY VERSION 15 FUNCTIONALITY HIGHLIGHTS • Warehouse Management System (WMS) Litemodule is additional functionality to the main WMS system. It Supports the use of mobile devices allowing your warehouse employees to carry out warehouse tasks on the move. • WMS Production module allows you to carry out tasks relating to the issuing of kit for work orders, issue of supplies, bulk issues of raw material to the floor. • Currently in development and scheduled for the next release... • WMS Service module allowing you to view and issue material for use in service calls • WMS Assembly a supplementary module to WMS Production allowing issuing of materials for warehouse assembly documents Picture to fill this blue space Picture to fill this blue space
