Ministry of Defence Thailand • Overview • Defense & Security has risen to become the most important military event in Asia today. • The very latest technology, equipment and weapons systems were displayed by top defense manufacturers. • The Internal Security section showed a big rise in exhibitors. • Networking opportunities were excellent.
Ministry of Defence Thailand • Exhibitors • There were 208 companies from 28 countries • some of the world’s leading defense and security companies were Am General, Saab, Harris, MBDA, IMI, IAI, Lockheed Martin, Thales, Kia Motor, DCN, Global Armor, and many others.
National Pavilions The 2009 show featured national pavilions from the USA, Germany, Czech Republic, France, Korea, Israel, Singapore, Belarus, Russia, Poland and Thailand. Many of the pavilions doubled in size from the previous event with the Singapore and Czech Republic Pavilions tripling in size! The Belarus pavilion, the country’s first, occupied a whopping 96 square meters. The United States Pavilion was the largest. Ministry of Defence Thailand
