Nordic Volcanological Center • Institute of Earth Sciences hosts the • Nordic Volcanological Center: • Basic research in volcanology • Jointly funded by the Nordic countries • Provides training for young Nordic volcanologists • - 5-6 young scientists (PhD/Postdoc-level) • - Supervised by faculty members • Summer school for PhD students • Summer school planned for BS students
