What is IIF? • IIF is a commitment, both personal and organizational, to create an environment absent of injury. It is NOT a Goal, Result or Trophy to seek or acquire. It is however, a Mindset Intolerant of any Level, Frequency of Severity of Injury… (JMJ)®

Manson’s Process • Everyone is worthy and deserves treatment as a human.. • We introduce IIF and it’s initial concept immediately upon hire. • Within 60 – 90 days all employees are given a 4 hour IIF orientation. • IIF in Action training has been given to All supervisors and follow ups are being planned. • Local “Champions” groups continue to carry on conversations with field and project personnel.
