The Student Success TeamSST The SST system is continuous and tracks student interventions and monitors success or the need for a new intervention. The SST provides the structure needed to move students through the tiers of Response to Intervention (RTI).
The Student Success TeamSST The SST monitors the accommodations that students receive and provides systematic interventions at the various levels of RTI. California Education Code 56303 states, “A pupil shall be referred for special educational instruction and services only after the resources of the regular education program have been considered and, where appropriate, utilized.” The ABC Unified School District Student Study Team process ensures that schools use a systematic and comprehensive process to provide accommodations within the general education program for students who are experiencing challenges in the general education setting.
