To Manage Diversity… • Create an inclusive environment • Communicate commitment to all staff • Involve all when designing the program • Avoid stereotyping • Promote diversity in managerial and leading positions. • Building a corporate culture that values diversity • Changing structures, policies, and systems to support diversity • Providing diversity awareness training • Provide an atmosphere of openness. • Never dissuade employees from voicing their opinions and ideas.
