  2. Introduction • Cleaning a carpet can be a trick for everyone. Each carpet has a unique style and components. KP’s Carpet Cleaning is introducing 7 simple step to clean a carpe.

  3. Step 1 • Pre-inspection of the rug for discolouration, wears, stains, existing damages, signs of fading and odours.

  4. Step 2 • Determine the right method to remove the dust and minute particles that are embedded in your rug with the use of compressed air; this is far more effective than simply vacuuming or beating the rug.

  5. Step 3 • Pre-treat all stains, spots and spills using the most advanced spotting techniques in the rug cleaning industry.

  6. Step 4 • Dependent on the nature of your rug, we’ll then either carry out steam or encapsulation cleaning, or immerse the rug in a water bath.

  7. Step 5 • Your rug will be hung up or laid flat to completely dry in our specially built climate controlled room.

  8. Step 6 • Once it is fully dried, our cleaners will have them vacuumed again to make sure that all loose particles are fully removed.

  9. Step 7 • We’ll then have your rugs sanitised or odours treated, and have them ready for you to pick them up!
