A look into The Mechanical Engineering Department at KRCE The Mechanical Engineering Department at KRCE has been a foundation of fineness since its establishment in 2008, offering a wide range of programs tailored to meet the needs of aspiring engineers. Further, this comprehensive overview highlights the department’s commitment to academic and research excellence, industry collaborations, and the provision of state-of-the-art infrastructure to nurture the next generation of mechanical engineers. Programs Offered Undergraduate program: B.E. Mechanical Engineering (60 students) Postgraduate program: M.E. Engineering Design (12 students) Faculty Expertise Additionally, the department boasts a team of highly qualified and efficient academic members, many of whom hold doctorates and have contributed exceptional research papers to peer-reviewed international/national journals. Also, the department employs exceptional teaching and learning techniques to ensure students grasp theoretical concepts and practical applications effectively.

  3. Department Goals The primary goal of the department is to produce employable mechanical engineering graduates who possess not only technical knowledge but also essential skills and ethics. Additionally, the department aims to equip students with professional and soft skills necessary for successful careers and instil confidence in them to contribute meaningfully to society in their chosen fields.
