  2. Making calls Make call as per usual (e.g. from phone book or dialer) Ignore ‘Call Failed’ message Pickup incoming call. Your call will then be connected. * ensure you always have the country code when making outgoing calls (e.g. +65 for Singapore)

  3. Receiving Calls To divert calls from your local mobile to the GlobalSim, follow the below steps * Please take note that this should be done BEFORE you leave the country select Voice call and then choose Always forward key in your assigned singapore number go to Phone > Call Settings > Call Forwarding

  4. SMS • Sending SMS as per usual • Receiving SMS as per usual * The GlobalSim number will be reflected on your recipient's phone

  5. Data Roaming Configuration Key in APN as‘send.ee’ username to your GlobalSim number. Password leave blank Save and select the APN you just created select Access Point Names and then New APN go to Settings > More Settings > Mobile networks
