31. Cloning a Form • Open the form you want to clone • Click on Clone • The clone is placed at the bottom of the list • Edit the clone definition as needed • Click Build form to create the new form based on the clone.

32. Working in other languages • You can use English, French and German to create forms. • Form questions can be in any language supported by iMIS 15.

33. Library of email templates • Create a library of email templates for HTML emails that are sent automatically by the system workflow. • System and user variables are available for “mailmerge”

Uploaded documents • FILE question type can be used anywhere in the form (even in multi-instance panels) • Documents are stored in the iMIS document store as documents within folders tied to the submission reference of the submission. • The documents uploaded by an applicant can be easily viewed and reviewed • Documents can be stored as activity records on the applicants iMIS record

37. Building conditional display • Choose the question and then open the “rules” tab. • Add rules for conditional display. • In this case: If State is California, then show the fields in the page called “California”

38. Display fields from iMIS in a form • Choose the “Rules” tab • Choose the Action type “Read from iMIS” • Access all iMIS core fields, address fields, and user defined fields • Relate each iMIS field to each form field. • Fields can be read-write or read only.

39. Use GenTables/IQA from iMIS in a form • When entering a question, choose a “query object” to take the list of values from. • Browse for an IQA and the selected result column can pre-populate a list in the form.
