  7. if you seek happiness you will never find it if you run away from pain you can never escape from it

  8. but if you seek love and find it happiness is no longer your goal it is a mere by-product of love and you can endure all the pain you do not have to run from it

  9. for love endures in joy or sorrow in pain or comfort in turmoil or serenity

  10. there is warmth in cold places

  11. there is meditation in desolate places

  12. it is all up to you you steer your destiny you determine your life

  13. after the hardship of the long arduous trek

  14. is the sunset viewed from above the clouds

  16. turn bad

  19. idle winter

  20. flows into vibrant spring

  21. balmy summer

  22. into frosty autumn

  23. nothing is permanent neither pain nor joy

  28. in knowing nothing is constant and all things must end

  29. you can plan to grow in wisdom and strength before your time is up
