How can you write equivalent percents, fractions, and decimals? Sample answer: Any decimal or percent can be written as a fraction with a denominator of 100. Any fraction can be written as a decimal by dividing the numerator by the denominator. Any decimal can be written as a percent by multiplying by 100 and inserting a percent symbol.
