Flavors range from chocolate, coconut, to pizza flavored treats. • You get to create your own cupcake just like yogurt lab! You choose cake flavor, big machines with variety of frostings, & topping station. Regular: $3 Large: $4.30 • Cakes made for events are also sold, prices vary.

  4. Competition • Woullett’s Bakery located on 50th Chowen, S. Minneapolis. Ranges from treats, cakes, cupcakes, pastries, & other things. • Sweet Retreat located on 50th France, S. Minneapolis. MAIN Competitor, mostly sells cupcakes & cakes only. Rated 4.6 stars, & cupcakes are sold $3 per. • Patrick’s Bakery on Chicago & Cafe located on 60th Lyndale, S. Minneapolis. Rating 4.4 Stars, & sells variety since it’s a cafe.

Marketing • Target Market is Students, children & families of all ages, who enjoy sweet treats • CupCrave Bakery gives customers with middle, lower & upper income to enjoy our cupcakes with affordable prices & quality service & giving the customers an experience to create their own product, putting a smile on their face, coming back for more. • $ spent annually in bakeries in MN range from $3 million dollars, grows at an annual rate of 0.6% within 5 years. The trend for cupcake businesses has been growing as many more people are opening cupcake shops or bakeries. • rate increasing 3-4 for people with school educated children, money spent on Cupcakes & Cakes.

  7. Management team • Experience includes worked with food before or in the food industry, has had a job before. Bakers need to be older than 18 & have a college degree in food science. Team members in front must know how to handle money, and experience working with children, other customers. • I need 4 bakers, decorators, many team members that will work in the front of the store, cashier, someone to handle all money finance, supervisors. • Sole proprietorship company, I run it by myself & I am my own boss. When I pass away, business will go to kids or most trusted worker
